Refund Eligibility

• More than 5 days before the tour date:
  You are eligible for a full refund.

• 2 to 5 days before the tour date:
  You are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Less than 48 hours before the tour date:
  No refund will be issued.

Processing Your Refund

• Refunds will be processed via PayPal or your credit card provider.

• Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

• Surcharges or transaction fees may apply, depending on your payment method and provider.
