On this half-day tour, you'll board a real vessel at Flamenco Marina and sail the same route massive cargo ships take every day - through two sets of locks, across an artificial lake, and into the heart of the Continental Divide.

This isn't a viewing platform from a distance - you're on the water, inside the locks, watching millions of gallons of water raise your boat right alongside the ships that move the world's trade.

Your Journey

Setting sail from Flamenco Marina, you'll cruise past the Bay of Panama and the city's skyline before passing beneath the iconic Bridge of the Americas.

The transit begins as your vessel enters the Miraflores Locks, where you're raised 18 meters above sea level in two distinct steps. From there, you'll cross Miraflores Lake - a small artificial freshwater lake - before entering the Pedro Miguel Locks, the second and final set of locks on the Pacific side, where you're raised another 9 meters in a single step.

The tour concludes as you disembark at the Gamboa Dredging Division, where you'll board a private motor coach for the 45-minute scenic ride back to Flamenco Marina.
